As a couple’s therapist I help you and your partner to develop a safe space in which you can begin to have a more intimate conversation where behaviors and emotions are explored to learn how to bring back closeness and happiness in your life.
Although I specialize in couple therapy, I also have worked extensively for the past 15 years with individuals that are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, survivors of sexual abuse, life transitions, and other life challenges. I work with couples and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and gender identities.
